2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Product availability issues
Pricing or website errors
Violation of these Terms

If your order is canceled after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

3. Pricing & Product Availability

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, product descriptions, or release details at any time without notice.

Due to the nature of online displays, actual product colors and details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

4. Payments

Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully processed.

5. Fulfillment & Shipping

Contradict Apparel products are fulfilled through our manufacturing and fulfillment partner, Tapstitch.

Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on product demand, manufacturing timelines, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs processing
Weather conditions
High order volume
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international orders.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return or refund within 10 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if:

The request is made outside the 10-day window
The item shows signs of wear or damage
Fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected

7. Product Releases & Limited Drops

Certain releases may be limited in quantity and available only while supplies last.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the item. Products are only secured once checkout is completed successfully.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer and cancel duplicate or suspicious orders.

8. Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

An incorrect address
Failure to claim the package
Refused delivery

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the order can be resent.

9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Contradict Apparel reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and suspend future purchases from customers involved in suspicious activity.

Any attempt to abuse refund systems, promotions, or limited releases may result in canceled orders or permanent bans from future purchases.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including graphics, logos, designs, product artwork, videos, branding, and text — belongs to Contradict Apparel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
